2. Description of the Service

E-Label Cropper provides automated web-based PDF cropping, rotating, and resizing tools intended to convert full-page e-commerce invoice manifests into standard 4x6 inch (100x150 mm) formats for thermal roll printing. The core cropping tool is made available free of charge without mandatory user registration.

3. User File Ownership & Document Rights

You retain 100% ownership and all intellectual property rights to the documents and files you upload to the Service. By uploading a PDF file, you represent and warrant that you hold the lawful right to process and format the document and that the content does not violate any third-party privacy or intellectual property rights.

We do not claim any copyright over your invoices, parcel manifests, or customer information.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

When using E-Label Cropper, you agree NOT to:

• Upload documents containing malicious software, Trojan horses, automated scripts, or corrupted binaries intended to disrupt our servers.
• Utilize automated scrapers, headless bots, or high-volume scripts designed to overload or cause Denial of Service (DoS) to our infrastructure.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or breach any security boundaries or authenticate against private administrative endpoints.
• Upload fraudulent, counterfeit, or unlawfully obtained shipping documents.

5. Third-Party Trademarks & Marketplace Independence

Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, and related courier brand names (including Ekart, Delhivery, Shadowfax, XpressBees, BlueDart, and Ecom Express) are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

E-Label Cropper is an independent utility software and is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially associated with any of the marketplaces or courier companies referenced on this website. All marketplace references are utilized strictly under nominative fair use to describe document compatibility and workflow context.

6. Service Availability & Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and accurate coordinate cropping, we do not warrant that:

• The service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or instantly accessible.
• Marketplace PDF layout changes will be adapted instantaneously.
• Printed thermal labels will be accepted without inspection by courier partners.

Users are solely responsible for inspecting and verifying all printed labels, recipient addresses, and barcode scannability prior to package handover.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InnoMi.Tech Solutions, its directors, employees, or developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost shipments, courier dispatch penalties, RTO charges, or lost seller revenue) resulting from the use or inability to use our cropping tools.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
